How do I get admission in dy patil school of law, Mumbai? Do I have to give any entrance exam like MH cet? Please tell me the exact process.

    Hi Akruti,

    As per the official websites of the D Y Patil School of law. The college provides two programs which are mentioned as below:-

    (1)Three-Year Law Course (LL.B).

    (2)Five-Year Law Course (B.S.L, L.L.B).

    Eligibility Criteria of Three-year law course

    a. Admission is strictly on Merit Basis.
    b. Admission for the 3-year degree course in law can be taken after completion of graduation from any discipline.
    c. Passing Requirement is minimum 45% and If the student belongs to S.C., S.T., In that case, minimum percentage required is 40 %.

    (1)LL.B Duration: - 3 Year

    Grading System: - Passing criteria of Semester Examination for both the courses Practical and Theory Paper is 45 Marks.

    (2)Eligibility Criteria of Five-year law course

    1. Admission for the 5-year degree course in law can be taken after passing HSC Board Examination.
    2. Passing Requirement is minimum 45%.

    Apart from this, the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education.The Entrance Exam for MHT-CET is based on Engineering. Technology, Pharmacy, and Pharma D courses. Hence, this exam is not for Law program.
