XAT 2017 result has been announced by Xavier School of Management (XLRI) on its official website. Candidates can check their OMR answer sheets and scorecards on the official website. However, the final XAT 2017 result having overall percentile is likely to be announced before or on January 31, 2017. The declaration of results will be followed by Counseling session.
XLRI has released the XAT 2017 OMR answer sheet and scorecard. Candidates can check and download the same from the official website.

How to Check the XAT 2017 Result Online?
XAT 2017 OMR Answer Sheet
XLRI has released the XAT 2017 OMR Answer Sheet. Given below are the steps to take a look and download the same-
- Open the official website of XAT 2017, www.xatonline.net.in.
- Click on the given lin, "XAT 2017- OMR Answer Sheet & Score
- On the new webpage, enter the required details including XAT registration number, date of birth, security text and login.
- download the answer sheet and scorecard. Take a printout of the same and keep it handy for future references.
The official website has stated the following-
"Please scrutinize your OMR sheets and mail us in case of any discrepancy at firstname.lastname@example.org, before 5.00 pm,24th January, 2017."
The original scorecards will be sent to the candidates by post to the address provided in the application form.
XAT 2017 Selection Procedure
The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performances in the written examination in the shape of percentiles. Based on these scores, shortlisted candidates will then be called for group discussion and personal interview for further processes, which will be the final phase of selection. The interview and group discussion will be held in New Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Jamshedpur.
XAT 2017 scores are accepted throughout various B-Schools across India. However, their admission processes may vary from that of XLRI. Generally, the admission process comprises of a written test, group discussion and personal interview.
XAT 2017 was conducted in pen-paper mode on January 8, 2017 across 47 centres in India. As per the marking scheme of XAT 2017, each question carries one mark and for every wrong answer, there is a negative marking of 0.25 marks after the 12 un-attempted questions. The scores of Paper 1 and Paper 2 are calculated differently and will also be mentioned under separate sections in the XAT scorecards. The percentile of General knowledge will be calculated separately and not included in total percentile.
